Absolutely worth it, will be back!
God damn, was not expecting to have as much fun as I did when I visited Crazy Horse on Independence Blvd. I'd driven by this plaza a few times, but never realized the club was here. I showed up on a Saturday night around 9:30. The door signs say they're open at 4 PM on weekdays, which is cool if you want a drink and entertainment after work. The cover charge was $20, and then I walked into a giant space, more than I expected it to be.
There is seating everywhere, with tables and chairs all over, and some solo chairs against the wall. The main stage is huge, with 2 poles and a long walkway. This was right after New Year's, so there were still Christmas trees up. There seemed to be almost as many dancers as patrons, about 12-15 each, mostly black with a few white and Latina. There's an ATM and change machine (10% cut) if you need it, which I did. I sat down at a table near the bar in the back, which is elevated, giving you a good view of the whole place. I noticed they served food, which a few people had ordered. Nothing fancy, just burgers, fries, and wings. I didn't buy any drinks, as I was doing dry January.
One dancer approached me, and I told her I was going to wait a bit before getting a dance. Eventually, a dancer got on stage, and I got a better seat. She was a cute white girl with short hair, small breasts, and some tattoos. She was up there for a bit before another dancer got on the other pole. They danced separately while I threw singles, before they eventually got on one pole together and did some theatrics on the pole and swing.
