Tuesday night hoops may be better during big games

Was in town for the week and went on a Tuesday evening with some friends. The bouncer was friendly and complimented our shoes before letting us in. We checked our coats in the front and were sat right next to the pole. The bouncer brought us some girls and we settled in and ordered a drink. I got a cocktail that was about $20 after tip, and the stage was empty for a few minutes at a time. Probably only 10-15 customers were there at the time and there was about 12 girls. Next to the pole there were a lot of big TVs that were playing basketball games and I can definitely see this being a fun spot when there’s a huge game. The talent was not super great, with some of the girls looking very old. There were a few latinas that were overall decent and I got a couple of dances from two different girls. The lap dance area was on some couches opposite from the TV so there wasn’t much privacy unless you got the VIP. It was $20 a song but felt like a lot of it was air dancing. We ended up leaving after about 40 minutes and I thought it was overall an alright experience for New York standards. If I were to come back I would want to go during a big football or basketball game and see how the crowd compares.
