PHL - Frozen in time in both good and bad ways

As my title sums it up - PHL is frozen in time in both good and bad ways and my last visit just validates the same. Here goes the details.

The basics once again - same old pink building, safe and ample parking, easy access from highway, free entry before 5pm but you need to minimally buy couple drinks (less than $10 for soda). Dances are still $30/4 mins and tips are optional/requested/required depending upon the dancer. Long rectangular bar with stools. Ladies typically dance for 2 songs on the stage with most ladies getting topless on the second dance only. They will circle around after their stage dance to solicit for dances.

Timing and dancers schedules are the key to a good visit but depending upon one's schedule that doesn't always work in your favor. I happen to visit in between day and evening shifts without checking the dancer's schedules and I will admit that I was mostly thinking with my little head for doing that.
