- mogul1985Approved·"There was a sign indicating a 4% service charge will be added for non-cash sales" This is the Silent Inflation that isn't factored into the CPI that places are charging to off-set credit fees THEY have to pay. I started to see this at restaurants about 16 months ago, and wasn't told until I saw the bill. I was PISSED.
