I rolled up to Ricks on a Friday night around 11:30 PM. I had the free cover card so I didn't pay cover, and they also push a two-drink minimum. There's a main floor stage, a bar area, tables for the stage on the left, then a bunch of extra tables and seats on the right. There drink minimum isn't really enforced. Usually someone will come to you initially but a lot of times after that they might miss you.

The dancers at Rick’s were a big part of the night. There were loads of performers, probably around 40 or so. Majority white but a good amount of Latinas/AA and a couple of other races. The main stage shows were fun to sit back and watch, but I'm more of a private dance type of guy. Most dancers ask for 20$ but some will do 25 or 30. They might also allow 20 but no touching at all. The girls were friendly and engaging, often making eye contact and chatting you up as they wandered between stages.

As far as atmosphere goes, Rick’s has that classic NYC gentlemen’s club feel: dim lighting, plush seating, and a slightly upscale edge compared with divey alternatives. The upstairs VIP was a tad too expensive (the basic VIP packages start around $400 and scale up if you want more bottles, mixers, or premium placement). Some patrons were clearly there to ball out while others just enjoyed the stage performances with a few drinks. It’s not exactly a cheap night out, but if you want a vibrant, polished strip club experience with good service and lots of entertainers to choose from, Rick’s delivers a solid night with plenty of energy and personality.
