Horrible experience!

Recently went to savannahs a couple times with my wife. We couldn't get a single dancer to talk to us. We were there over 3 hours first night, sat over to the side. Tipped well for drinks, threw a few dollars on the stage for most dancers as we weren't sitting right on the rail. Not a single girl approached us. We talked to a bouncer on the way out and he asked about our night - we told him the truth. He wasn't even surprised... he said that the girls at Savannah's don't like females, and don't like couples especially. He said "all of them have had bad experiences" and just flat out ignore females and couples.

Fast forward a month or two. Figured we would give it another try since we are local'ish and maybe it was just a one-off bad night.

Wife really wanted to get a private dance. I sat a stack of bills on our little table. She went to the rail a few times for different dancers, and was tipping frequently. When one dancer was having trouble with her heels and stairs coming off stage, wife offered her hand to help her down. She tipped her, and a few other girls throughout the night - by handing them the money directly, complimenting them, asking them to come see us when they have time, and we are interested in a private dance. Not a SINGLE girl came over. Again we were totally ignored. Saw the same bouncer on our way out second time. He recognized us and asked about our night. We told him same thing. He shook his head and apologized. Said he "vouched for us" with several girls, who agreed to come over. Obviously none of them ever did. Just to clarify we are late 30’s, clean, well groomed, in shape. It’s not like we are 400 lbs and haven’t showered in a month. Also multiple dancers sat at the bar next to stage the entire night, both nights we were there. They gave an attitude when the PAYING customers tried to get drinks. These girls would even tilt their barstools against the bar to “save their seat” for when they came back from dances or whatever - so literally no one else could use that seat all night. We’ve been to clubs in Vegas, Al’s in reading, and some others over the years. NEVER experienced anything like this. Usually the girls are all chatting up my wife and eager to give us private dances. Savannahs is not what it used to be. Dancers are stuck up and flat out ignore women and couples for no reason. They don’t have a problem charging you cover, but the girls just ignore you all night. Wish we could get our cover charge back. We definitely won’t be back!
