Could be better elsewhere

I had a little time to kill on a Monday night, I figured to give Cafe 369 a try. Went in at around 8:30pm, the place have about a dozen TV on the walls and mostly playing sports and MTV, there were 2 girls and 4 groups of customer, which is kind of slow for this place. One of the girls came to take my drink order right away, while she is fixing my drink, the other girl brought me my tea. Both girls went to sit and chat with one table with 2 customers. These two customers had to be a regular or affiliated with the business because they can roam in and out of the kitchen freely. The other 3 table of customers left within 10 min. Then I got an odd feeling that this night is not going anywhere. Sure enough, the two girls glued to the same two customers for the next 30 minutes. Couple new customers came in and the took their orders and bring their tea then went back to the same two customers again. One customer walked in the cafe and saw it was kinda dead and went back out. Now it’s about 9:30, one of the girls changed to her street cloths, took out her bags and ready to call it a day. She asked Papa (the male manager) if she can go. I believe Papa asked her to stay a little longer, she set her bag down and went to one of the table with 4 customers and chat with them for about 10 minutes or so, then she said she had to run before Target closed. I was there for a little less than an hour and a half . Aside from the girls took my drink order and bring my tea, none of the girls came to say hi, not even refill tea for anyone once during my entire stay. I went to the counter to pay Papa. The coconut water was $10, I handed him a $20 and he handed a $10 bill to me with both hands with a kind of smile seems like a apology. I guess he saw the girls didn’t pay any attention to me nor refilling tea. Despite the night was slow, but didn’t even refill tea once in 1.5 hours? This is there business and how they make money. I would say this is a disaster visit for me, and would never come here again at week night. I know it would be completely different experience during the day and weekends. Unfortunately I am not able to get more info if they provide any dances due to zero intersection with the girls. I drove by two other nearby cafe on my way home, I can hear and feel the good and lively vibe from inside and saw both places are full with customers. I guess I just pick the wrong cafe. Would know better next time.
