I was in the area on a Wednesday afternoon around 3pm so I stopped in at Treasure to kill some time before an evening meeting. I normally stop in there once or twice a month, but usually later in the afternoon. This time it was completely dead. There was one girl sitting near the stage on her phone and me sitting at the bar. I was just kinda content to sit and chill for minute. After about 10 minutes one of the guys walked in, saw me, and called out the bartender. A couple of girls came out and hung around the bar. I struck up a conversation with one of them - Eve - a very slender black girl...maybe mid to late 20s. Had some very good, very intelligent and interesting conversation. She has a good energy. While we were talking, a few more folks wandered in and a few more girls started making their way out. There was a variety of body shapes and sizes. I did notice quite a few faces that were unfamiliar to me and I noticed that the girls seem to be trending even younger...so if that's your thing, that's kinda what Treasure has right now. It's not my thing. My preferences lean more toward curvy MILFs. Drink specials were great...$4 Dos Equis. I agreed to a couch dance with Eve and it was one of the most sensual I've ever had. Eve and I talked about the vibe at Treasure. My experiences have been predominantly in the daytime hours between 3-6. If I'm there in the evening, it's almost always with my wife and usually on a themed night (like Halloween) or a major fight (like we watched the Tyson v. Paul fight). But we have also just popped in on a random night before. There is definitely a vibe shift as the dancers transition over to the post-6pm roster. It's not a difference in a good vibe vs. bad vibe, but more of a higher vs. lower energy in the atmosphere. I suppose that's why I like to stop in during the afternoons. I'd rather be in that sort of lower energy environment to wind down the day. In the afternoon, I've also had some fantastic sensual dances - especially after a good conversation. I haven't experienced that in the evening as much. I think maybe the descriptive word that really fits the afternoon vibe is - intimate. An afternoon visit can just be a bit more intimate, especially if you have the social skills to carry a conversation and connect. The fact that it's slower also means that the girls are a bit bored. When they are bored, they are primed for something to spark their attention. If you can be that spark, it almost always leads to a great dance. However, one caveat...the afternoon also tends to be a time slot for very, very new dancers. If I meet one who is very new, I'll typically buy a dance regardless of whether I'm really into her or not and my experience has been that most of the brand newbie dancers don't give that great of a couch dance or private dance and there are quite a few newbies there right now. Maybe I can get back by and check out one of them. As always, your mileage may vary.
