Brookhaven renewed the Pink Pony lease for 2025 and is still on a year to year basis and will probably end when the developers decide to start construction in the area.

Ironically the city wanted to close the club because in their opinion "strip clubs decrease property values" Now the land is worth at least 50 times what it was when the Pony opened some decades ago.

This is all part of Scott Berghold’s war on strip clubs after being jilted by a stripper decades ago now.
