When in Dallas!
So I was in Dallas for a grand total of 23 hours between Thu and Fri last week and I couldn’t be happier with how this trip ended. (pun intended).
First things first. The club is close to a busy road and I did not find the area shady unlike the name of the street its on. But since I was heading to the airport directly from here, I had some valuables and was a bit worried if my rental got broken into. But then I saw they had security on foot just patrolling the lot which really put me at ease. Extra points to the club for this.
Club layout has been described but here it is again. Large mansion like layout with a big bar in the middle. One main stage and 6 smaller stages. Lots of seating in and around the stages and the bar. A wide staircase leads you upstairs where the dances happen. Dances are $20 each and in the open, but the famous chairs that have been talked about in other reviews can give u privacy. There is a bar upstairs as well. Restrooms present on both levels.
Cover was $5. Dancers do a 7 song rotation, where they start off the main stage and move clockwise onto the smaller stages after each song until they finish on small stage #6. I think the best place to get hold of a girl of your choice would be to hover around the last stage. I was 2 for 2 adopting that strategy.
The first one was an Afro-Mexican spinner kind of girl who said she had been dancing only for about 4 months. I tipped her when she was on her last set and immediately asked her for a dance. We went upstairs and there was a line since there are only about 10 or 12 spots avlbl. But this allowed me to roam my hands a bit while in line. After waiting for about 3 or 4 songs we found a spot. Did 7 dances with her and paid her $180 that included a $40 tip.
