Not fun.
First time back at Saphire in a bit. Went at about 930 on a Wednesday during F1 week. It's not a great time. Cover was 40, the place was devoid of men but lots and lots of women. The hustle is so intense here. I sat down and immediately had women coming at me before I could order a drink. It seems pretty clear that the women were mad that there were so many dancers working. (This was confirmed in a later conversation.) Had a Brazilian woman start chatting me up immediately and she was pretty hot, but I was not ready for a dance and I told her that, so she stormed off. (I did tip her.) After that I couldn't even focus on the stage show because it was a barrage of (not very hot) strippers asking to sit with me. This is not a good place to relax. It feels like you opened a thing of kool aid at a cook out and yellow jackets are swarming you. After about two hours of being talked at I finally decided to get a couple dances. The first was with a Romanian woman who had a shit ton of work done. 3 songs for 100...it was fine but nothing special. The next one was an asian woman who was fine but again, nothing to write home about. Finally I decided to leave but on my way out I saw that super hot Brazilian and got 30 min with her in the back. 300. Not worth it at all. In all this was a wildly disappointing experience. Place feels like walmart, all the customers are hammered and the hustle factor is off the charts. Won't be going back.
