Return to Lace

This was my first time back to Lace in a couple of years. They have made some significant renovations, primarily to the stage area but also extending a wall and changing the decor. The basic layout remains the same. You come in and you will see a U-shaped bar with the stage surrounded by the bar. The lap dance area is a long couch along one wall, which is open/exposed. Lap dances are $30. There are a number of private rooms on the other side of the main room, but I did not make use of them so cannot comment on what they are like. I also am not sure of their pricing.

I arrived at the club at around 4;30 PM, so there was no entry fee. I ordered a water at the bar. There is also a food menu, but I didn’t order any food.

When I came in, there were no patrons and there were a couple of dancers sitting at the bar. No one was dancing, but as soon as I got settled the DJ made an announcement and a dancer went on stage.

I was there for approximately 90 minutes. During that time, I saw about 5 dancers drift in and out. There was one who I would call an 8, who I think was Russian or Ukrainian, named Zarina, I think. She would take her turn to dance on stage and then sit at the bar on her phone, not interacting with anyone . There was a Latina, Fantasia, who was petite and cute, maybe a 6 or 7. She said that she had only been working there for a couple of weeks. I had some dances with her, which were okay, but nothing special. There were a couple of dancers who were large, such that I was shocked that they were dancers.
