Weird vibe but delivered

This is a couple of months late but I stopped here early evening on a Sunday while driving back upstate. It’s convenient to the highway and easy enough to find, but I thought it was closed since I was the only car in the lot. I went in anyway and quickly found out why.

There’s a small counter (the “bar,” non alcoholic drinks only) on the left, steps up to rooms beyond the bar to the left, a small stage ahead which saw zero action while I was there, and an elevated section with seating to the right. There were only two ‘dancers’ hanging out at the end of the bar and a sort of creepy guy tending and taking the cover - $10. I wasn’t interested in a drink.

One dancer was older but fit and decent looking, the other younger and cuter but on the chubby side of curvy. The younger one was eager to take me up to the raised area for some chatting, followed by a rundown of the dance options. Some sort of lap dance booth in the back right did not sound like good value (80 for 5 songs? Can’t recall exactly, plus tip), but the VIP option was quoted at 150 to the house plus an equal dancer tip for 15 minutes. I decided to give it a try since the conversation was going well.

The VIP rooms: at least four, I was ushered into one which was outfitted with a low futon-type couch and a tv playing an adult film. There’s a solid door on the room, a timer, and a camera, which I found sketchy but didn’t seem to phase my new friend, who was taking inspiration from the film. I left after our time was up since there were still no other customers, no stage dancing, and it was quite awkward.

Overall the place itself was ok, but I prefer some activity and the more typical club atmosphere. Maybe it’s better at a busier time/day, but it’s also clearly aimed at the vip option which probably keeps turnover high. If you’re ok with the house fee and camera setup (and maybe getting perved on by the bar dude), fun can be had.
