Some eye candy before Halloween

My first time at Mpire. Previously I’ve been to Archibald’s so had my expectations lowered as far as contact and lap dances. With that in my, this was an enjoyable visit but I’m unlikely to return solo.

The club is on a busy block on M street with lots of nightlife around it. I drove by around 11pm on a Friday night and found free street parking a couple blocks down on K street. No line at the door. Bouncer scanned my ID and directed me towards the first floor bar. No door fee.

Passed the clean bath room before descending a short flight of stairs. The downstairs layout is small but functional. A diminutive bar is again the center of one wall with a low counter and seating for 4. On either side we have a small baby stage with pole. The other walls are lined with cushioned benches and mostly single tables. I chose a seat facing the bar where I could enjoy a good view of the game on a big TV above the bar and ordered a draft beer ($16).
