Teaser but no Pleaser
TP is... a concept. If you're looking for an all-night rager, this probably isn't it. However, if you need a casual, non-alcoholic spot to try and strike up a conversation, it might be worth a quick detour.
The first sign that this wasn't going to be a packed, high-energy night was the small, almost empty parking lot when I arrived. I went right around opening at 7, and to their credit, they seem to understand their limitations. They actually refunded me half my money because of the low attendance off dancers, which was a surprising and appreciated gesture of good customer service.
Inside, the vibe was pretty subdued. It wasn't dead, but it was far from lively. The club is fully non-alcoholic, which is interesting, but the drink prices feel a bit steep for what you get—expect to pay $8 a pop for the mocktails.
In terms of socializing, the low crowd actually works in your favor if you're looking to meet girls and have conversation. It's relaxed enough that you don't have to shout over the music, making it easy to approach others. I'd say if your goal is just to talk to some girls, it's not a bad spot, but you absolutely can't be picky. I chatted with one girl who was genuinely nice and easy to talk to, but we didn't really hit it off, which is just how it goes sometimes. Ended up spending about $50 on a dance I regretted.
