The visit was entirely dedicated to the mesera👌🏻

It was gorgeous sunny day in SoCal, and I get messaged by the mesera, “ Te extraño cariño “/I miss you, darling. So who am I to say no to this pretty lady’s request, considering it was also my day off at work. Instantly I replied back to her message, “ Iré a verte esta noche, por favor espérame. “/ I’ll come see you this evening, please wait for me. Her instant reply, “ Me encantaría eso “/ I’ll love that.

The drive wasn’t bad at all besides a minor traffic delay on 805 fwy. I reached TJ pretty much on schedule and infact half-hour earlier than I was expecting to be there. Parked the car at my usual parking lot next to Jack’s ( $8 / 8-hr ).

There was a pedestrian line by the border-crossing entrance into Mexico. But once I crossed inside Mexico, the US immigration line only had a couple of people ahead of me and it went seamlessly. There weren’t any sort of delays and the young immigration-officer was very polite/efficient.
