Club under construction - strip club speakeasy?

Came here on a Saturday, parked at lot next door for $8. I walked up to the club and the sign said under construction, check out BullShots bar, which is adjacent. I walk into the practically empty bar, There’s one guy sitting at a bar (I think he is the owner or something he’s been there every time I’ve gone), a dj and then a big open room with a girl twerking on the floor surrounded by chairs with one other dude sitting on a chair. However, one of my regular lap dance strippers is sitting at a chair and motioned for me to sit next to her. I guess I’d say she’s my favorite at this club, gives a really good lap dance grind and says I have a big dick lol not sure if I buy it but hey it’s part of the fun. The girl says this open room is clothes on and no touching but after her dances we can use the regular bare exposures bedroom suites for regular lap dances. Sounds good, when she’s done twerking for me 3-4 songs (at this point I’m the only dude there not working), we head to the bedroom suites. Unfortunately, the “madame” who runs the bedroom suites comes out and says it’s minimum $400 but for me it can be 30 minutes (eye roll). At this point I’m in to deep and say fuck it, plus the edible I had before coming is kicking in. The chick gets fully nude and we have a really nice grind, my pants stay on but I got some more mutual roaming than I have in the past with regular lap dances. My stripper friend at the end says the place will be back open sometime in October “when you come back next.” Unfortunately I will probably be back and can update next review with any changes to price/layout, etc. the speakeasy vibe of the under construction club was fun, but it shouldn’t cost that much for the mileage that you’d usually get for 100 or 200$ regular lap dances. also as I was leaving a ton of girls came out of the woodwork pretty aggressively asking if I want to do vip session with them too. I got out of there before I lost any more money lol
