OK to look but not much else

In from out of town and decided to visit this place on a Wednesday. I had been here once before on a Monday and it was dead but the vibe was good and I figured I would try it again to see how it looks mid-week. Walked in around 9 pm and paid a $10 cover. The place is small with a bar immediately to the right, a large stage to the left, and ample lounge chairs in between. I paid for a drink and don’t recall the price but wasn’t shocked by it so probably around $8 or so. The place has a classy lounge feel. Lots of plush chairs to sit in and a large stage for the dancers.

Ok now for the important stuff. There were about 15 girls working and they ranged from 2 (by my standards, overweight without a cute face to make up for it, but to each his own) and 6 (cute’ish but nothing that stands out) with 2 girls that I would classify as 7 or 8. Both of them were seated with a large group of guys and didn’t mingle much. I sat by the bar and tipped each dancer a few bucks. They did 3 songs with an article coming off each song. Nobody showcased any impressive moves. Finally one of the two girls I find attractive got up there, I tipped her a bunch of singles and she came by and introduced herself but after her set she went right back to her table. I should have left then and there and salvaged the night at another spot but I decided to wait it out. Eventually that table left and she finally made her way to me. Conversation was mediocre but I wanted a few dances so I just asked for it. She said they would be in the back and 20 minutes would be $150. Seemed steep but at that point I had been there long enough that this was basically my only option. I went for it. The guy takes us back there and even though there’s nobody in the place, we are seated in the chair that you can see from the doorway. Dances start, I place my hands on the her body and work my way up, then I’m told that’s not OK and to keep them on her thighs. OK, I should have clarified the rules and that’s pretty restricted but so be it. The dance was extremely half hearted, no effort and no energy, lots of attempts at small talk. Anytime I tried to get in the mood, she sort of killed the buzz. Then the guy comes by and tells me we have 2 minutes left. That didn’t seem right and idk why he even gave a 2 minute warning. Dances keep going and then she abruptly ends it by getting up. I check the time and it has been 19 minutes. I’m not going to dicker over 1 minute but absolutely ridiculous that I get shorted on such a bad dance. Whatever, I say thanks and get out of there.

If you want to go to a place with a classier vibe and tip stage side, it’s not a bad option. If you want to spend a couple hundred dollars for privacy and some mileage, this isn’t the place for it. There’s a champagne room where more privacy was promised, and maybe a different girl gets you a better experience, but I don’t plan to be back.
