I've been here before...

well I been hearing about this other place down south of the border but I couldn't figure out how to drive there. Google maps told me that it couldn't figure out how to drive there, so I guess driving to Scandallo Brazil will just have to wait. I guess I could have flown there but i wasn't in the mood.

I wanted to do a road trip. so starting out from my 900 square foot casa in Northwest Arizona I jumped on the Amtrak and took a ride to San Bernardino. California and a friend picked me up. took me up to my other 400 square foot casa in the mountains where I took a nap and then jumped into my $1,500 Mustang and took a drive down to Chula Vista/ imperial Beach trolley stop at Palm avenue. parked 2008 Mustang in the big parking lot and jumped on the trolley after buying a $1.25 ticket Old fart one-way ticket to San Ysidro.

arriving in San Ysidro in a matter of 10 minutes or so. I get off and walk with everybody else South to the border crossing at PED East San Ysidro and there was one long ass line to cross into Mexico. it was probably 4:00 p.m. Monday afternoon and the line waiting to cross had to be at least 500 ft long. the US border patrol only had one rotating gate open of the two so it was really backed up.
