Friday Lunch is Back
I visited on a Friday for lunch, then returned a couple hours later to hang out in the afternoon. The place is clean as usual. For lunch the place is relatively packed, but I was able to find a seat at the bar, though you don't get a good view of the stage from there, and they didn't have the small secondary stage that was closer open. The clientele is mostly a mix of techies and local construction workers from downtown, with a surprising number of civilian women that came in just for for the $5 buffet lunch. You do get what you pay for in a sense though, the food is pretty mediocre, which the exception of their "famous" fried chicken which thankfully is still at least barely decent.
When I returned in the afternoon, the place had quieted down a lot, plenty of open seating, and the guy/girl ratio seemed to be like 2 guys for every girl.
The dancers here are thankfully much better than the food. I'd say they're all generally attractive, young, and not fully "stripper"-ed out yet with fake tits and the like, and I'm guessing that this is still the club with the hottest dancers in SF (went to Condor Club recently, it was rough). There's always someone dancing on the center stage, 1 top-on dance and then 1 topless dance, and they have to keep their top on when on the floor or giving a dance. There were about 6 girls working the dayshift, and they girls were mostly white. The dayshift dancers have a tendency to sit down and be willing to talk for a while rather than jump right into their dance sale, which I really appreciate. As far as extras go, I'm pretty sure they're all off the table unless you either have a 1k+ to spend or consider the women generally taking their top off upstairs even though it's illegal to count (I don't!).
