Should have stayed at the hotel

Ok. So I was on a trip a few months back and asked in discussion where I should go in the area I was staying. I was told in no uncertain terms NOT to go to this club. However as it was the closest club, and I was limited on time the single night I had to go out...I threw caution to the wind and went anyway.

Stupid...stupid...stupid little head thinking.

First off it was $20 bucks on a Thursday night and it was around 1AM and they were shutting down at 3AM....so waste of money right there. The club is next door to a bar, owned by the same people. So you go in the bar to get drinks, then go next door to visit the dancers. I spoke with the bartender (cool chick, best part of the night really) and there were a few other guys sitting at the bar, but it was kind of dead. I guess on other nights or maybe earlier in the evening, some of the girls come over and dance on a little stage or socialize, obviously to get you interested in what goes on next door. Drinks were reasonable (for CA) with a beer at $5.50 and a Jack and coke at $9. You cannot bring your drinks next door, so drink up.
