Meh lineup but the VIP hit the spot

BTs was my final stop on a day of club hopping in the Detroit suburbs. I arrived around 7:30pm after having dinner in Dearborn Heights. From part experience the food at BTs is pretty good but I wasn't in the mood for that this evening. The club has valet parking ($10) but I chose to park in the city lot a block away. They've never given me a hard time about this. Cover is $20 in the evening. I asked to sit at a table. The bouncer sat me at one of the tables right near the entrance, close to the first pole where the girls still have their tops on. He explained that they sit solo guys in that area on weekend nights.

The place wasn't that busy this early but there were plenty of dancers. They were already running four girls at a time, rotating through the main stage in the middle of the room and the two satellite poles along the back/left hand wall. There isn't a lot of dancing that happens - more posing and twerking. Lighting is good so you can certainly see the bodies on display. There's no tip rail but guys do approach to get the attention of dancers for later. I did see one guy do the make-it-rain thing for a couple of dancers.

Periodically during the night they'll do a review and I caught one shortly after arriving. One song where all of the available dancers go on stage and parade up and down. There were something like 20 up there on this night in their bikinis and lingerie. Some white, some black and a large bunch of Cubans. It was only a middling lineup for my taste without any DDG girls and none that stood out as a clear target for me. This has been typical of my last few visits to this place this year after often feeling like a kid in a candy store in previous years. Maybe I've just got bad luck.
