Never been more pissed off at a strip club, stay away!

I’ve been to 30+ strip clubs, and Diamond Cabaret managed to immediately rocket to the very bottom of my list. Worst strip club I’ve ever been to, because of incredibly dishonest pressure tactics.

The first girl to approach me was attractive and seemed nice enough, and offered to give me a tour. I usually take a girl up on this offer if its my first time in a club, so that I can learn my way around. Well, she marches me back to the VIP rooms, and then an awful hostess type comes in and implies that I am now buying a VIP room, minimum $300. She continues to pressure me as I said I was just getting a tour, not committing to buy a room yet. I’m polite but at this point I just get up and head back to the main room, no thanks. She says something about me being rude on the way out.

A second girl approaches, not as hot, but very nice and we have a great chat. I eventually learn from her that a $300 VIP room (can’t remember if this is for 15 or 30 mins) is the minimum dance they offer, unless you are a local then it’s $200. I like her vibe so I decide why not, and we head to the back, I pay pissy hostess the $300, and then I get a great sexy lapdance. I’m really enjoying myself but about 10 minutes in, pissy hostess shows up, stops the show, and informs me ONLY NOW that actually the $300 is just for the room and goes 100% to the club, so I now need to pay the dancer as well. My options to tip the dancer start at TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS MINIMUM. WHAT THE FUCK.
