Guys = I agree with golden2003. Late at nite, this is a dangerous area. When you go to the Brooklyn IL area, either go early in the evening, or else go with a group of guys together.

However, that being said, you need to check out Bottoms Up. There is a very good chance that you will have a great time! There is no cover during the daytime. After 10 pm, cover is $10. (This is better than Pink Slip, which has a $5 cover charge during the day). When you walk inside, you will find a large spacious interior. There is one large main stage with two poles, and then another slightly smaller stage to the right, with one pole. The music is soft and pleasant (another improvement over Pink Slip - at Pink Slip, the music is loud, pounding, and migraine-inducing).

On Monday, Tuesday, and also Thursday -- Bottoms Up has a drink special...A mug of draft beer is only $2, and you can get a whole pitcher for $4. The doors open at 4 pm, and the girls start filtering in. The dancing on stage starts around 4:45 or 5:00 pm.
