Meh, mediocre at best.
I was bored out of my mind, so I decided to check the place out. There was no bouncer and a $10 cover. There was zero dancing, just 7- 10 average to sexy(maybe one really pretty one) women sitting with each other, half were on their phones, the other half were chatting amongst themselves. Some of the girls were fit, but I got the impression that the real talent worked somewhere else.
I was kinda disappointed, didn't really see anyone getting a lap dance but me. You might have to approach the women; it was a long time before a lady came and sat by me. I get the distinct feeling that some of the girls are more interested in just "working/dates" than doing any stripping.
I noticed they all do this thing. They ask you to buy them drinks and try to spark up a conversation(if you are spending money). You can tell they are completely uninterested. They will ask for your number and send you boring generic "hey you" or "good morning" texts daily, then barely respond to when you hit them back. It gets kind of annoying. The boring text messages get old quickly. Luckily, they will stop if you ignore them for a time or two.
Don't waste your time buying drinks if you are coming into Monger, just make your pitch or ask if they are interested in whatever you are looking for. They are definitely working girls; it's better to get to the point once you are comfortable.
I like that the atmosphere is laid back, you can touch the women, you can even go to the V.I.P.(was offered something like a buck twenty for 2 songs), and get "extras". Beers range from $3 for Estrella(I think that was the name of the beer) or $5 for a Bud Light. No bouncer over your shoulder, just know the women here are kind of lazy. I will be checking some other strip clubs later this month.
