Still the DFW leader

Stopped at the BBD late on a Friday in August. I entered around 11pm and this place I think closes at 2am so had limited time since you don’t want to still be searching after midnight. Cover remains $5 and I always try to change out a bigger bill for some singles when entering. Parking is free but at this hour the lot can be crowded but I found a spot between the two buildings to the south.

No changes inside which in this case is good. Main floor is large with huge oval shaped bar and then random other high top tables and low top tables scattered about. It was quite crowded this Friday night. Smaller bar upstairs in the balcony and another bar back behind the main stage. Behind the stage is primarily used for dances so I don’t see it as a bar to sit at but the bar upstairs is decent area to sit. Domestic beers are ~$7. Bartenders can get busy but will get to you eventually if you are patient.

The stage rotation hasn’t changed. On this Friday night it was 7 stages and 1-2 songs on each stage. Full rotation can take 20-30+ minutes if you are waiting for a particular dancer. By the second stage the girls are topless. I hardly ever see anyone tip at the main stage. The 6 other stages are basically raised square platforms. The two stages/platforms near the stairs are lower to the ground and are at an optimal eye level height to tuck a buck and check out the talent.
