Same As It Ever Was…..

It’s been a while, haven’t been to an LA strip club in well over a year but decided to drop by here on a late Friday afternoon/early evening and had a free pass that I had crumpled in my glove box that I decided to put to good use. The doorman did honor it and let me in for free, although I still had to pay for a drink. Wanded me down and they are still scanning ids here for some reason, which I absolutely see no purpose in considering nobody seems to really come to this spot anymore. It was practically empty although I realize that could be the result of me going when there was a shift change. Bought a soft drink for like 8 bucks and noticed a few girls sitting around the empty booths on their phones and not really looking to approach anyone.

There were 2 white girls, a few Latina girls and another fairly hot Latina girl (the best looking one this day in my opinion) named Lovely I believe. Not to be rude but the youth movement here seems to be over as I didn’t see one dancer in their 20s and the majority of their dancers looked to be in their mid/late 30s, early 40s. I’m an old guy that loves the company of younger women (early 20s/late 20s specifically), but there just wasn’t any of that here. Lovely was nice enough to offer me a good time in the VIP area for $170 bucks - one of the rooms - but I politely declined and left soon after. She was very nice and not pushy at all but I just wasn’t feeling the vibe here. Someone else mentioned that the night shift might be better and perhaps I’ll give it another shot in a few weeks but the place was just drab/dead with nobody even tipping the girls going on stage. It was kinda sad. I remember this club had always had issues with being lively/ fun to go to and it ebbs and flows. I’ll give it one more chance during the night shift or perhaps go earlier in the day next time.
