First Timer
Chicas Bonitas has more of a neighborhood Latin nightclub vibe than a polished Vegas mega-club. It’s a smaller spot with the main stage up front, a bar in the back, and some side booths for privacy. The lighting was dark and moody but not so dim that you couldn’t see what was going on. The music leaned heavy on reggaeton and Latin mixes, loud enough to carry the energy but not so blaring that you couldn’t talk. The club was decently clean overall, though the bathrooms could use some love. It felt casual and low-key, the kind of place you could ease into without feeling overwhelmed, though I imagine it gets rowdier later at night.
There were about 15–20 dancers working the night I stopped in. The lineup was diverse—lots of Latinas, some Black and White dancers, and a few with that mixed-ethnicity look that stood out. Most of the women were approachable and friendly, and they did make the effort to come over, introduce themselves, and ask if I wanted a dance. Since I was a first-timer, I politely declined, but a couple of them pressed a little harder than I would have liked. Still, the overall atmosphere from both the dancers and staff was upbeat and welcoming.
The cover at the door was $5, which seemed fair. Standard lap dances were quoted at $30 a song, and VIP deals started around $100 for three songs. Private rooms were available, but I didn’t venture there this time. Tipping at the stage was expected, usually in $1s or $5s depending on how you felt.
