Some new changes at the Ypsi Vu, while we wait for the promised renovation. Still without alcohol, the price you pay in Michigan for full nudity, the latest addition are dance couches in the main club for $15 'topless' dances. 'Nude' dances are still $20 and are done in the 'VIP' lounge (backroom) with the cave booths the DJV chain is famous for. Management hopes this will increase the dance count as customers will see girls giving dances but so far I've only seen one as the girls aren't interested in giving a discounted dance. The whole nude and topless thing is kind of confusing anyway, as the club policy is no touch and no nude contact. Thus, if a dancer removes her bottom she can not touch the customer with any part of her body and he can't touch her at all. If she has her bottom on, she can ride all she likes. As for customer touching, it is pretty much up to the girls, but you won't get to touch anything important unless you spring for a VIP booth, which is an enclosed couch that goes $175 for a half hour and $300 for an hour, and then YMMV!. I hope this isn't confusing. It wouldn't be worth the trouble except that the club consistently has the youngest, cutest dancers in the area, with much less gloss than the alcohol clubs, and they are naked!
