DD is one of the better in Philly, especially as far as the eye candy goes. Very upscale, but the girls expect upscale attention. Don't go without a load of cash. You'll be quickly ignored if you don't look like a high roller. The laps are mostly air. That said, if you're just looking for a place to sit and watch the parade this place isn't bad.
