A Little Summer Fun

I decided to check out the dayshift at Seductions since it had been a year since my last visit. I arrived a little after 5PM on a cloudy Monday in Atlanta. The club is located near the end of an industrial street minutes away from I-75, 285 and Hartsfield. Many customers choose to park for free along the street. There is a sign near the entrance which advertises $10 parking for dayshift and $20 parking for night. I chose to back into a parking spot for a little more discretion.

After parking, I entered the lobby area and received a pat down from security and paid $10 for parking. I had to wait a few seconds while security got my change. Upon entering the main floor you’ll find restrooms and the bar to your left and pool tables straight ahead. High top tables can be found on both sides of the rectangular room along with a few sofas near the far end. I usually choose to sit in the raised area on the left side of the building. During this visit there were about 15 dancers working. The dancers were all Black with most appearing to be in their 20s and 30s. I’ve also noticed that the dancers seem to wear the same or similar colored outfits. Most of the customers were Black men ranging from their 30s to the late 50s.

I took a seat in the raised area opposite another customer and dancer. The first dancer that approached me was a slim-thick, caramel dancer who said that she’d worked at the club occasionally for about a year. After a little small talk, I agreed to a few of the $5 dances. She allowed my hands to roam, although I didn’t try too much. I stopped her after four songs so that I could see who else might be of interest. I would probably dance her again. While I was getting my dances, it felt as if a few of the songs had been shortened by the DJ. I was later approached by a second dancer. Although she was attractive, I declined.
