I will preface this review in saying that I have been attending this club since its inception in an old Ryan's Family Steakhouse in 2000. I have been going there not regularly enough to grow overly familiar and seduced by it, as I do not live in Jacksonville, but my attendance has been consistent enough to allow me to dispassionately view and percieve the changes in this club. I was last there on Sunday night, the first of April, 2007. The dancers there were smoking hot as per my other visits. I got a lap dance from a South Carolina self-professed "dirty girl" by the name of Christy that was very skilled. Besides her, the other dancers there even at this "off time" were quite attractive and friendly. Emperor's has a good tipping system where you tip on stage and get quite a lot of friction and rubbing even for $1. The only drawback I could see was that the bar stools and carpet were quite dirty and unkempt, although I'm the kind of guy that actually appreciates that; it gives the club a whole "tawdry" flavour that makes it fun.
