This was the first time I have visited this Déjà Vu location and I left very disappointed. I know I am in the minority among TUSCL members, but I actually have enjoyed my previous visits to clubs in the Déjà Vu chain – especially in Tampa and Lansing. However, this club does not compare favorably with the other DJV clubs I have visited.

I was headed for a visit to a favorite club in The Region, and had about 30 minutes to kill before that club opened, so I stopped by DJV to take a peek. Very easy to find exiting off the Indiana Toll Road. The club has ample parking in a seemingly safe area. Inside, the club is immaculate. The décor is very nice…it looks like they may have recently remodeled. It is smaller than the Lansing club but the interior is nearly as nice and this club is even nicer than the brand new club in Kalamazoo. However, the comparisons end there.

When I arrived, I was not charged any cover because there were only two dancers. And one left after a few minutes. Therefore, there was only one dancer working! Thus, I really can’t comment too much further about the club. The one dancer was attractive, but she was too busy for me to get her attention.
