I would say the majority were solid 7-8's with just a few 6's. The majority were white with a few Spanish and black girls. It was rather slow night, at least till 10-11pm. Not more than 7-8 guys. Later it got busier. There is a second floor with a bar and seating, smaller but appeared busy. VIP rooms are on second floor also. Touching boobs and ass was allowed, she did minimal touching, no stick shifting etc. Overall Capital is a nice club, good number of attractive girls Parking lot wasn't to crowded, there is Valet, but can self park. I entered main area, bar to left, 2 level stage straight ahead. Chairs and tables around. 2 sections of couch's directly in front of stage for VIP seating.
