Fun Saturday

I was down in the Allentown area this past weekend celebrating my birthday and my girlfriend suggested we go hit up Platinum Plus as part of the celebration so we wound up there at around 10 PM on a Saturday night. The parking lot was packed and well lit.

Inside they still scan your ID and the cover was $10. The cashier joked if we missed the cheaper cover by mere minutes. ($8 before 10). Once you get inside there was a cart set up with bottles of beer on ice and a bartender behind it. I believe they only set this up on weekends and when it is busy.

The club still has the same layout: the main floor is huge, the stage is in the center of the floor with plenty of seats around it and a lot of poles. There’s two bars at diagonal opposite corners and two side stages on the other sides. Throughout the floor are tables with chairs surrounding the table all facing the main stage.
