Better for A Big Party, Not for Lap Dances

I could be mistaken as I don’t live in Providence anymore but it seems like Caddy has changed - in some aspects for the better in some for the worse. To compare to other RI clubs It used to be a reliable third option after desire and foxy, now feels more like Wonderland. I went on a Saturday night over the holidays and it felt like a homecoming party, it was packed with people but in a fun nightclub way. I wanted to go for dances so this didn’t exactly fit my agenda. It was a mix of people - white, black , Spanish, female, male etc. but honestly was a great party vibe.

The layout of the club is still one of my favorites. Great for a big party - one main room and second one with stage if busy enough. Can’t recall drink prices but it’s Rhode Island - I think I got a beer and shot for $18 which I’m happy with (I live in LA). The girls were beautiful - most urban but that’s my preference. A mix of black and Spanish, some of the most beautiful black girls I’d seen at a club. No shortage of girls too - I’d say 40 ish working and all over the club. Most of the prettiest ones were at vip tables but that’s understandable. It was so packed it was hard to approach a dancer and even tougher for a dancer to approach me. My experience changed when I finally approached a beautiful Spanish dancer and she told me lap dances were $50!! Last time I was here was only 5 years ago and they were $20. It really soured my night as I’m not paying that for a dance anywhere - especially Rhode Island. It’s not Las Vegas - even in Vegas I don’t pay that.

All in all - great place for a big drinking atmosphere to look at beautiful women, but not ideal for dances or budget friendly nights out. I would return with a group of buddies for a guys night as a place to start our night.
