The White House is one of Auckland's longest-established clubs. It is a spacious former Masonic lodge, and it takes full advantage of the large space: a stage with a full curtain, a catwalk down the middle of the club, and eight elevated poles along the side. The place could use a bit of a spruce-up: carpets are worn, toilet seats are loose, etc.

An unusual feature is the amount of touching that is encouraged in the main room. During her routine, each stripper visits each customer at least once, exchanging a quick lap dance and fondle for a small tip of house money (NZ$2 or NZ$3). Between dances, all of the girls circulate and also encourage touching for tips.

The private dancing rooms are upstairs. They're dark and a bit dingy. Nearly all of the girls also work "downstairs" - a licensed brothel. It is worth talking to a girl you fancy about her rules in the two spaces - as always, each will have her own limits and prices.

The White House can be quiet on week nights, but is usually very busy on Friday and Saturday nights.
