Got a pleasent surprise when dropping in recently on a Saturday night. Although none of my experience in Alabama clubs had been anywhere near recent, none had been anything to write home (or TUSCL) about either. This time was definitely different.

Although considered "topless", brief views of more while tipping aren't uncommon. Nothing approaching full nudity here, mind you, but much less conservative than most places with the "topless" label. Most of the dancers (6-8 avg) use creative ways of collecting that tip to give more contact both ways than is typical of a topless club. The average age appeared to be early 20's (most looked under 25) with a couple of exceptions. Very little to no silicone (my preference) was in evidence. The manager did mention that he had fewer dancers that usual that night due to a really busy Friday. Seems if the girls do real well on Friday, they don't like to come in Saturday, so next time I'll try to hit it on a Friday before they all make the rent and go home.

The big surprise was the upstairs VIP dance. A very posh area that looked to be nearly brand new is divided into several totally private rooms. What goes on inside them seems to be pretty much up to you and the dancer you're with. With the right one just about anything could happen. I get the feeling (based on my varied experiences at a number of clubs around the country with the correlation between a dancers conversation while trying to get you there and their behavior once in a VIP room)that some of the other girls might be much less accomodating, so choose your dancer wisely. Seems the going rate is 2 for $40 or 5 for $80, so "fishing " for that keeper can get a little expensive. Once you've found the right dancer though, you can get more for your $80 here than just about anywhere I've been in quite a while.
