Lunch at Sin City

On May 15th, Sin City started opening for lunch so since I can't usually do nights I thought I'd give it a try. Sin City is on Passyunk Ave amid junk yards, auto repair shops and glass shops. There is a large walled in parking lot which advertises being under CCTV surveillance. Fairly easy access from 76 via Passyunk Ave exit and on 95 from Bartram Ave exit going south or Island Ave exit going North.

On entering the doorman scanned my ID and then through a metal detector. He gave me a card with the dance prices then showed me to the main room and introduced me to Anthony who was tending bar. The main room is Huge. Ceilings must be 25'-30' high. The bar is against the right wall with the main seating area to the left. There is a small semi-circular stage with a pole to the left and tons of lounge type chairs with small tables facing the stage. There is also a mezzanine with private rooms for celebrities e.g. NFL and NBA stars.

Anthony explained that the lunch consisted of a cheese burger and fries for $9,99 with beer/wine at $3.00 and well drinks at $5.00. When I arrived at about 12:30pm there was absolutely no one else in the place except one dancer, Tempest who motioned me to sit next to her at the bar. We chatted for a bit when a second dancer, Sweet Cheeks came by and sat next to Tempest. I ordered the burger which was actually quite good. Fries were crispy on the outside and creamy inside. As it turns out Tempest, a Korean/Italian mix has a Phd in Social Psychology from Univ of Vancouver in Canada and has been working in DEI training which explains why she started dancing a month and a half ago as the DEI work dried up. She is a very pretty woman (41 y/o) with long black hair and a slightly curvy build with smallish natural top. Also very engaging to chat with. Sweet Cheeks looked to be possibly South Asian or Latina, pretty with long black hair. I remarked that it was very "quiet" and Tempest said that it can get pretty crazy at night with lots of girls.
