CENTERFOLDS IS NOW “PLAYERS” as of May 2025

I stayed at Virgin Hotel in mid-May 2025 and decided to check out the old Centerfolds, which had just reopened as “Players” and is directly across the street from the former Hard Rock (now Virgin) Hotel.

I arrived at 3:15 a.m. on a Wednesday. Prices were confusing because the club demands tips for obscure services, like paying the girl who did nothing but take my cover fee. I think that cover was $30, but it’s hard to say because the security guy who wanded me insisted that I “take care of the girl” with a tip. Not wanting an early confrontation, I gave her $5 for taking my $30 cover fee. She seemed to be expecting more.

Upon entering, I became the club’s only customer: there were several staff, two dancers and me.
