Going downhill quickly

Went to Ruby's late on a Saturday afternoon, maybe 5pm.

Probably about 6 girls working, all latina, likely Brazilian with the exception of one WOC.

Most were in their mid to late 20s. though there was one older woman who clearly was north of 40.

Her dancing boots should have been hung up a long time ago - not very attractive and looks her age or older.

Very disappointing visit. Girls didn't seem to want to work. T on the side where the stage was, it was surprisingly slow, and remained that was for the hour plus that I was there. There were a handful of regulars on the bar side, mostly older guys slurping down whatever drinks they had brought with them. I stayed on the stage side the entire time, and went back and forth between a seat at the tables and a seat stage side. I generously tipped all of the dancers, however, without exception, none of the ladies came by and sat with me or asked me for a dance after they came off the stage. They all went right back to the bar side, and took a seat with one or two other girls at the bar. Now, I may not be the most handsome guy in the world, but I am certainly average or better...and I was reaching into my pocket generously tipping the entree time I was there. So unless the dancers were there looking for love, I would think they would have paid more attention to a middle aged, decent looking, well dressed, clean guy spending some money and willing to spend more. Just made no sense. Perhaps they were just pissed off at the fact that there were almost no guy there other than the ones sitting at the bar unwilling to spend any money on them. Also, I stayed around to watch each girl that was there dance at least once on stage. Of the 6-7 girls in the rotation, only one girl ever removed her top - and then only after being tipped by me. All theaters danced fully clothed for their 2-3 songs. And many didn't even dance, just sat on the rail between the stage side and the bar side and checked their phone or chatted with another dancer. In the good ole days, every dancer went topless on dance one, and ultimately either went bottomless on song two or did some floor work and when one would tip the g string would be moved to the side to allow for a great and tantalizing view. That clearly wasn't the case on this visit - or on any visit I have had there in the recent past. I have been frequenting this establishment for many years - and it has had its ups and downs. However, it has been on a severe downward slide for the past few years - high turnover of dancers, dancers standing on the stage not engaged, not dancing, not removing any clothing, poor dances in the back that are more air dances than contact dances, no more DJ, just piped in music, and bar maids that push you to buy a bottled water or cup of soda every 30 minutes even if you haven't finished the last one, you are taking girls for dances and tipping non-stop. Really? I was there for slightly over an hour with a whole lot of $$ in my pocket that was earmarked for a few hot dancers - but nothing doing. Guess its time to find a new favorite spot - anyone have any ideas for me?
