I should have stayed home

Recent visit to the Orchid. The place has been described a million times already, but per the requirements, here is one million and one. Industrial part of Philly near salvage yards and a flea market. Not as many pot holes in the parking lot. Rectangular room with a rectangular bar. Two $30 private rooms on the right…door guy, $20 room and bathrooms on the left…DJ booth towards the back. $5 cover and $5 for a bottled water.

Somewhat busy on the weeknight that I visited, but by no means really crowded. I walked in and saw Nu dancing on stage, who quickly came by for a visit afterwards. She told me that she was drunk and tired - never a good mix. We ended up going to the $20 room where I was shocked by her latest price inflation. Her logic was that she needed to charge more because there were other girls and customers back there…WTF! I cut my losses as quickly as possible and headed back to the bar.

From there I ran into Taurus, who had the best body in the place that night. I enjoyed a great dance with her in the past, but things seem to have changed post the birth of her child. Seems to be on her phone more and less involved with working the bar. She was more mechanical in the $20 room and prior services that were available are no longer on the menu. Also spent two minutes lecturing me about the sequence for which I’m supposed to ask dancers at the bar for a dance…again, WTF!
