Should have Skipped Going

Visited the Gold Club this past Wednesday night, 5/14/25, after work in Center City. The club is at the end of a small street/alley. YOu can get to the club by walking down 15th Street between Walnut and Locust.

First time trying the club since it's close to where I work and did not enough time to go to the other clubs on Delaware Avenue. The cover was $10, it was just before 7pm. The club is amazingly small, probably the size of someone's living room. I don't think more than 50 people would be comfortable in here it's that small. I read that it was small, but it's really small. The bar area is to the right as you walk in. The stage is against the far wall and is maybe 15 feet long. Only 1 dancer at a time on the stage. The seats were old and ran the remainder of the room.

A bottle of beer cost $8, didn't see anyone drinking drafts and didn't see any taps. Bartender was busy talking to what I assume were regulars at the end of the bar near the stage.
