Ramping Back Up

I stopped into the Hi- Liter on a recent Saturday afternoon. I arrived around 1:30, lots of parking available. Bouncer at the door but no ID scan or cover charge. No trouble finding a table, 2 draft beers for $6.

There were quite a few girls working, probably around 20 or so. Lots of Cubans once again but not quite as many as I have come to expect. Outside of the Cubans, mostly white and Latino girls. Lookswise, in the 5-8 range.

Dances are still $10 at your table and I still maintain that they are the best $10 dances in town. VIP dances are still $30 each during the daytime, they go up to $40 after 9pm. The $10 dances are pretty good, lots of grinding, lots of roaming hands. The VIP dances lately, for me anyways are even better, it’s starting to feel like old times if you remember the glory years of this place.
