Does a Wall Dance count as a Lap Dance?

Came on a Friday night at around 10:40pm. $5 cover and a frisk gets you inside.

Get inside and this place looks more like a regular "bar and lounge" than a strip club, as it has the bar to your left, some seats and tables to your right, and if you look all the way to the back, you'll see those bar and lounge couches... you know what I'm talking about, right?

I ordered a Heineken from the bar, it was $6, max $7 dollar, don't remember exactly because I pregamed and I tip bartenders. I have my drink, sit at a table by myself because unless I see someone absolutely irresistible, I like to be approached in a club. I wasn't approached for well over 30 minutes, which I found strange, but once I was approached, it was by a young thick Latina who could barely speak English. She was one of 8 to 10 Latina ladies sitting at the tables on their phones doing nothing until this interesting moment in time, with maybe four or five more entertaining dues in the lounge couches. Despite barely knowing Spanish, I know what bailar means, so I accepted the dance.
