Sounds a good deal but actually not

After I landed at Louisville airport in the afternoon, I directly went there.

The area looks kind of rusty and based on what I have learned, the area is kind of going down. There are plenty of parking spaces, which indicates not many ladies/customers. No cover around 4pm and I directly entered. Let us describe the space by imagining the phone keyboard. #1-restroom, #2-bar, #3-private rooms, #4-stage, #5-seating area, #6 and #9-ladies changing rooms, #7- open lap dance area, #8-entrance (as the place is a square one so I figured this would be convenient). The music is fine, with AI announcements for the next lady on stage (but no one was dancing).

I sat at the bar, asking for one bottle of water, $4. Only 4 ladies were working around 4pm. Two slim white ladies were sitting next to a regular chatting happily. One pretty white lady (6-7 in my opinion) just went back and one strong AA lady seemed have no interest interacting with guys during my visit. When the pretty lady came back, she started introducing herself and chatted with me. About 5 mins talking, the bar tender asked me if I wanted to buy the lady a drink for $31 or one dance for $20. Of course I chose the dance. However, the dance was poor with cloth on but she was nice enough to start at a fresh song, no rushing. Asked for the price of rooms and she mentioned $220 for 30min and minimum touches. Not interested in such a thing so I left. A total loss of $25 is fine.
