From what I understand, Club Skin...

From what I understand, Club Skin has come quite a long way since it was Cloud 9... I visited on a slow Sunday night. Since it was slow, I had time to visit with the girls and some of the staff (waitress and DJ particularly). They say they are still trying to build up their clientelle since the switchover (based on what the dancers tell me and what I've read on other forum sites they have a lot of negativity to overcome from prior reputation). I really liked the layout--it is very spacious and I liked the fact that the VIP area is upstairs and secluded from the crowd (even though there wasn't much of a crowd, but I guess they just started being open on Sundays). It was six dollars to get in the door (nine on Fri/Sat) and drinks are $3 a piece or you can pay $10 for bottomless drinks. They run dance specials until 9 pm for couch and bed dances. I also enjoyed playing pool, which was an interesting experience playing underneath blacklights LOL The atmosphere was fairly laid-back since it was a slow evening. I imagine Fri/Sat nights have a lot more energy, but I kinda prefer the more mellow environment (allows for more sexy dances than just fast grinding). The girls that were there were very attractive. Anastasia gave me a very sexy VIP dance, and I really enjoyed watching her on stage. The other girls were entertaining to watch on stage, but I didn't get any private dances from them.

If you didn't like Cloud 9, don't hold it against Club Skin. It was worth the drive.
