Scarlet in Ybor on a Saturday in March 2025.

Had not been to Scarlets in many years so I thought I would drop over and see what had changed. I got there around 11:00 on the third Saturday night in March. The club was dead, very few cars in the lot and very few patrons inside. There was probably just over 10 or 11 girls in the place. One on stage, the rest were working the room. Two white girls, a couple of African American girls, and the rest were all Cubans. The two white girls were both blondes. None of the girls were less than a 6, but there were no super beauties either. Three of the girls approached me, none were pushy, but I declined. Every one there was very nice and personable, from the bouncer to the waitress to the dancers. The door fee was 20, and I got a bottled water for 5bucks, plus a buck for the waitress. The lighting was not bad, better than last time I was there. But the place was just so dead that I decided to bail out after I finished my water. I did not ask the price of a dance, but I'm guessing 20 plus dollars and a room fee. This place used to a pretty happening club back in the day, but on the night I went it was pretty dead. Usually Tampa is booming in Jan, Feb, and Mar, Could be I caught the tail end of the winter boom. Plan to follow up later in the year. Also it is possible that the real hot chics were giving dances in the VIP rooms, so I couldn't see them. Again, a follow up will be required down the road.
