Mid-day experiences are definitely better

From other reviews, I heard Hi Liter is the only club with higher mileage in Phoenix but not top quality.

I went Monday afternoon as that was the only slot during my visit.

No cover charges during that time. Plenty of parking

There were enough girls during the morning shift.

I just got one beer ($7 or so).
