Swing and a miss

I arrived just after noon to find only one dancer in the place. A white woman, a bit overweight, not particularly attractive, maybe a 5 if I'm being generous. My bottled water was $2.

The single dancer came right over to me as soon as I got settled and asked if I wanted a bar-side dance. I confirmed that the price was still $5 and told her to go for it. She provided a bit of grinding and allowed me to touch unclothed areas, but when I tried to caress her covered breasts she gently pushed me away. She said that was allowed for a $10 dance. As she was completing her first dance, she looked over my shoulder and acknowledged someone coming into the bar. Given the low quality, I told her I was done after one song. She told me if I came back in about an hour there would be more dancers working. She waved over the guy who had come in and went with him to a seat further back along the bar.

General club description - there's a pool table in the front room with a dumpy men's room off to the side. In the room behind, there's a bar along the right side with seats for about 10. Through a doorway to the left is the VIP area with three modest size dance rooms. They're more roomy than some similar dive bars, but I didn't try them out on this day. The bartender recognized me and greeted me with a hearty hello. She was the best part of today's visit.

This place is always hit-or-miss and today was definitely a miss. Maybe next time.
